A health care supervisor is key player in providing best care to the patients. He will be responsible for many duties and responsibilities as follows :

1) Taking care of every common routine activities of the hospitals/ Clinic:

A supervisor should take care of each and every functional operations of the hospitals like whether staff are providing their services or not to the appropriate department and places.

2) To maintain the hygiene and cleanliness:

A supervisor will be responsible for maintenance of the hygiene factors. He should take care of cleaning facilities .

He will even arrange almost each aspects related to hospital clean environment like plantations, garbage management, fresh water availability , etc.

3) Providing information to the patients and their relatives:

It is quite necessary for the image of the hospital service providers. Even, it is their ethical duties.

4) Motivating employees who have critical duties:

They are responsible for maintenance of the morale of the staff people as well as the nurses and even to the patients and their family.

5) Providing guidelines of the hospitals to the patients

6) Making awareness to the patients in terms of healthcare plans and affordable care .
