Baseline (2011)-23%
Target(2020)-23%
Target not met ,also trend is getting worse.
These three are the major obstacles for health care facility in new Jersey.
To improve these
If you are a health care professional in new Jersey, you can spread awareness about all these and also awareness about from where to get help in your neighborhood. These small step can make a huge difference in achieving the targets of new Jersey. If all health care workers voluntarily do these job in their neighborhood burden will surely decrease. Failure of health care is mostly due to less awareness so awareness is most important. Than having knowledge about where to get help is important. Than improvement in health facilities is important in that order.
