Introduction- The theory of planned behaviour proposed by Isek Ajzen, according to the theory, the attitude towards the behaviour, subjective norms and behavioural control shape an individual behaviours. The TPB influenced by the theory of reasoned behaviour.
The behaviour of any individual influenced by the many other factors and these factors control the behaviour.
Example- if we think about A&F, a company elated to youths always control the behaviour of youths and for this purpose they articulate showroom accordingly, they published magazines for youths and get connected through school and college setups.
All factors affects the behaviour of youths and attract towards the showrooms because their behaviour controlling by friends, relatives, advertisements, society and school/colleges. Ethical decisions probably controlled by society and the control over ideas and thoughts reshape the human behaviour. This theory is very important to understand the customer strategies so that the TPB is using in advertisement industry.
Conclusion- The planned behaviour respond accordingly so that controlled behaviour is very important for marketing strategy. Interpersonal relations influence the behaviour so that people start to follow what they have been taught by symbolic way.
