3. Provide an example of using your teamwork skills and interpersonal skills in the professional skills and management. Provide specific examples for each skill set.

the basic and one of the unique requriement of team skills are: cooperation and coordination within the team. When group of people working for a common goal, with predetermined roles and responsibilities, sometimes some may lagging and some may go faster. For example, the four wheels of a car moves in different direction, can we plan the travel or journey of the car? No, the team members must move in only one direction with same or similar tempo. If not, the traveling may not be secure and it never reach its destination.

Interpersonal skills in professional or at the work place includes:

• Proper and clear communication: Communication is the tool which used by the members to express what they expect from others and vice versa. it includes verbal and non-verbal communication also. The more clarity in thoughts and words, the more easy to understand and vice-versa.
• listening with more patient: Most of the people good at communication and they thought they were succesful. But good speaking is half of the part only, the other half is good listening skills. The one who listen others with perception and empathy, they understand others and help them in many dimensions.
• Decision making skills: the most important and desired sills to have the members. When we were in a team, we must remember that we are followers. there are someone else who takes the decision at the right time. Hence every one must not run for decision making or analysing the situation. The decision making skills at individual level must be good and acceptable only.
• Problem soliving skills: issues may rise when we work as groups, and thsoe may considered and solved as issue based only, but not personnel based. There are some people who follows it reversely. If my friend done something, is good to me to see, where others says that it is bad. I am saying that is good because of the relationship with my friend. This kind of thinking is not good and issue based criticism help us to become more perfect and strong.

If we listout, it may be endless, the count goes on. But these are the major requirements of each kind of skills.
