JENNIFER STRANGE :-

That was Water intoxication that was the cause of dead of Jennifer Strange. She was downing of water in HOLD YOUR WEE FOR WILL CONTEST . After she went home , she felt headache , she vomited, and finally died of water in toxication.

Jennifer strange died at the age of 28 during contest water drinking she participated in this and hit music radio station and playing on the sound of its call later she drank nearly two gallons of water in three hours .

So in hyponatremia when some one drink too much of water and blood sodium concentration becomes very low. And kidney flush out that water and dilute the sodium which was present in blood stream that causes cells to swells .

SYMPTOMS :-

Vomiting for several hours

Headache ,nausea.

Later signs confusion ,disorientation, seizures and coma .

Severe effect:-  cerebrale edema , pulmonary edema ,lungs swelled, brain also swelled.

   CYNTHIA LUCERO :-

Death occurs of hyponatremia , participated in boston marathon woth temperature forcast 70's hot cynthia decided to hydrate herself before the race .

In first 20 mines she drank gatorade and fells heart break hill at the base near cleveland after that she was gone in comma and hospitalised and doctor decleared her that was due to swalling of her brain by excessive hydration .

SIMILARITIES :-- EXCEESSSIVE water intake leads to dilute normal concentration sodium in extra celllular fluid with in the body .

DISSIMILARITY :- In cynthia there was secretion of arginine vasopressin in , inappropriate condition.
