Expert Solution

In the language of business terms, a strike is referred as curtailment of the work in the organisation because of collective refusal by the workers to work, which happens because the employer or the organisation is not listening to the demands of the employees and employees do this because of their grievances. They act in a manner in which they stop working and deny to resume the work until their demands are not heard.

A protest on the other hand is a kind of public expression to objectify or disapprove towards any idea pr any course of action, which is generally taken by the government and is a political one. Also called demonstration or remondstration, protests can take place in many forms, from individual protets to mass protests taking place in order to show their disapproval or refusal against the political statement passed.
