Globalization allows companies to move out of their home nation into other opportunities in different countries. McDonald's, KFC etc are example of globalized companies.

Multiculturalism is a workplace or an atmosphere that is heterogeneous with employees of different cultures and backgrounds working together in harmony under one roof. This is a typical modern workplace where employees with different background traits work together. It is a culture that is promoted with the advancement of companies through globalization.
