Pros:

1. Assures the workplace equality: It ensures to maintain the equality in the work and it gives the chance to work mutually to show self-creative work for the betterment of the work process.

2. Promotes to do more work: It unites the people in the organization at a place to conduct more work in the organization and to ensure the high productivity respective to all sectors assigned to them.

3. Breaking stereotypes for color: The affirmative action may help to break the stereotypes with respect to colors that have been considered that black people are less capable in the work delivery than whites. With this action, it is changing to treat and consider as all equal.

Cons:

1. Ensuring stereotypes and racism: If the affirmative actions are not mandated by the professional organizations then the same stereotypes concept to consider the same color of skin in the workplace will be granted. A major discrimination will begin between the organizational bodies that will permanently distract the working culture and the black color people will be badly treated.

2. Flaws in diversity: An affirmative action is required as different people present in the workplace cannot be predicted to be of the same opinion. On the other hand, it is also not predicted that the people with the same color will have the same opinion and culture to lead the workforce effectively.

3. Unfavorable business achievements: If the affirmative actions are not introduced in the workplace or professional organization then the major discrimination based on race and color will adopt in the workplace, therefore the business targets will not be achieved as the gap between the several workplace employees will take place in the system. This will lead to falling down of the business growth in the organization.

Yes, still in the 21st century it is necessary to adopt affirmative action in the society to maintain a balanced environment of the working structure. It will motivate the organization employees to work under a team with the height of collaboration and gain the maximum achievements to sustain the stable workforce so to lead a growing business.

Granting affirmative action leads to change the entire culture in the organization to maintain stability in the work process and a perfect engagement of the work procedure. The discrimination in the workplace or at any professional organization cannot be tolerated as it may harm the business perspective to sustain for correctly defining the goal and to maintain a clear vision for the organization. The employee discrimination is required to be erased based on color and religion as it stops the coordination among workers to perform effectively in the organization. The discriminations lead to lag the involvement among the employees to bring the creativity in the work. The presence of the affirmative action will lead to maintaining a better framework for the organizational goals and it will effect on the achieving of the maximum height of success.
