In today's world of artificial intelligence information and data is the most precious thing. And because of its utmost worth

the chances of misuse or risk of leak also increases. Clearly no organization would wants to take the risk to give away all of their life's work because of indifference on their information and system security part. As this field of security is very sensitive and volatile. So we need very effective and strong security mechanisms to protect out data and systems to make sure we are not risking our organization to outside world.

There can be very serious outcomes if there is a breach in our system security.
For example, there are many malware programs installed on user's system which involuntarily misuses our data.

Also there are many attacks through viruses, worms, etc. which takes classified and very confidential information of organization

which can harm the organization very badly.

There are many strategies organization use these days, some of them are discussed below.

1) Increase awareness on system and information security in organization with all the employees. So that they on alert all the time at least when they are using organization's resources of some suspicious activities in their system. This strategy can remove chances of security breach up to a certain scale on individual level.

2) Increase the funds for security department and update the security software and technologies day-to-day. Many organization don't pay enough attention for their system security part and even if they did for sometime they become careless which cost them when a security breach happens. So its always good to take these precautions for a better and secured future.

3) Security department should follow strict policy and maintain it throughout organization on regular basis. Organization employees must adhere to security policies made for the organization. And non coherence with these policies by any employee should result in some strict actions taken toward the employee. This will let the value of policies very high and everybody will follow it.
