Solutions

Expert Solution

answer-

there is greater value of ethical behavior within an organization because ethical behavior in employees and management helps the work environment of organization positive, conflict free, honest and foster health relationship among employer and employees. when an organization has ethical policies or inculcate values like honesty, integrity, fairness then there employee remains satisfied with their job because they see that management take fair decision and respect employees in every way possible.

The impact of ethical behavior on creating a positive organizational culture is positive because when there is ethical behavior in people then employees remain honest with their work and do not involve in any type of unethical activities like stealing, lying, spreading bad news about company etc. this helps to make organization like a organization where human needs and values are respected. for example- if a manager has open a position where one employee is to get promotion then manager would show ethical behavior if he give fair chance and take honest decision to give promotion to worthy employee other wise there will be negative organizational culture like work politics that manager is unfair and bias etc.

the effective incorporation of systems theory with regard to ethical behavior occurs when organization communicate and perform the task in groups by holding ethical values like honesty, integrity, fairness etc like a system in which many sub parts of a system works together in order to complete a common task. so manager of an organization has to bring all employees on same page and show that their activities and performance should be based on ethical standards set by organization.

for example- if there is a project then project members should be honest with each other , help each other and respect each other so that their common goals can be achieved.

this theory will help manager to know the behavior of organization as well people in it like there are ethical values present at every level of management.
