1.Encoding:
Encoding means when words, ideas, symbols are used to convey message and create a sentence to process communication further is called encoding.

When you encode a letter to send to someone we use written words to create a message that sent to receiver.
2.Medium of Transmission:
The medium we choose in nowadays for communication is internet.
We mostly use oral channel to convey the message but in modern world we use visual channel to convey a message.
Example:
Telephone, cellphone.
3.Decoding:
Decoding is process in which receiver decode the message through his brain.
Words and symbols being interpreting in minds and proper meaning understated.
Example:
Reading the mail or message can be regarded as decoding.
4.Feedback:
when receiver acknowledge the message to sender that he has received the message is being called feedback and it is most important as it confirms that message has been sent to right people.
Example:
When we reply to anyone's text message it is called feedback.
