The National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) framework is an initiative taken by the American Cybersecurity Workforce for the categorization and proper description of the works related to Cybersecurity. This framework is expecting to be integrated into each sector irrespective of whether it is an academic, a public or private sector. The main objective behind this is to enhance the ability of each country to maintain quality in cybersecurity education.

As a leader, this framework can help me to assess our current cybersecurity workforce so that we can identify the gap and take appropriate measure to improve the cybersecurity staffing and training for an elaborate description of the positions.
