In Fiji there is one diabetic amputation every 12 hours. This is devastating for a country with a population around 1 million. This inspirational talk is by Dr Jone Hawea who is a surgeon and spent many years in this field, and particularly around diabetic amputations.

As he was stuck in the problem day by day and he wanted to find the solution of the problem encountered in the public hospital of Fiji, problem of diabetes the problem of amputation. Aise hi runs to his job everyday if found that diabetic patients who have rotten Limbs, rotten legs. It smiley and when you go treating for that thing it's like running yourself in the hole septic area. Infection is spread all over the body and there is only two things save limb and die or amput limb and save life. And in that area Fiji there is 2 amputation occurs a day, and more than 700 a year. I didn't sell better it just felt like competing on surgery and they are not only the case of diabetes but there are so many cases of hypertension cardiac diseases mental illnesses cancer and other complications, injuries due to accidents.
Within his self thought that he should do something for the people of their country and the only 9000000 people are living there and this rate of amputation is very bad effect on the population. And amputed at age of 30 to 40 is is dangerous because this is the age should be productive right. He thought that he should do something and prevent this kind of mortality rate.
There were two important things. 1) trust the fundamental principle
2) when the problem is overwhelming just take a step back, and there is always a simple solution of the bigger problem.
We are total being. We are made up of 3 bieng
Physical being(are whole body masses muscles bone everything physically appear)
Mental being(the infrastructure for the mental being is the brain what we think is all depending on them are mental being)
Spiritual being.(no infrastructure part being understood, but we know there it is present)
Everyday we interact with many things like nature, sociality, then manythings food then toxins and many many things we are interact with. We are natural building. Show the way we function is depend on nature, nature controlle us. And nature sees that every thing should be work in order. Like 1 2 3 4. And when everything is in order it works well.
And we like to change this nature's order and that's why we are facing consequences of that.
When everyday we interacts with the environmental factor series consume and and interact with that things our brain continuously trying to process that things. At that time inner being give response to the brain and it's depending on the brain weather to take action or not and your body reacts to action. When you have sudden interaction with stresses then nature response. Nature response by stopping all unnecessary function and and only focus on necessary functions. In the same manner when there is sudden stresses interact with body then body stops all unnecessary function and focus its energy only vital organs fight back the stresses.
When this stress comes and interact with body then body produces the hormone cortisol In response to this stress. And what this hormone does is physically shutting down the unnecessary things and only concentrating on the vital organs and trying to balance the thing.
Now a days how many sudden intense stress weencounter on the daily basis, like our emotional baggage, 9 to 5 job, the timeline and the things we have to complete it on the time and there are lot many things which occur during a day. Mental stresses emotional stresses and physical stresses the commitment commitment to keep the emotional things. Imagine the amount of cortisol produced due to this frequent circumstances around the clock. Body continuously produce cortisol due to being continuously under the stress and apart of being are in balance because we don't eat healthy we don't exercise. Eventually we manifest this imbalances. Through the diseases like diabetes hypertension Cardiac disease mental illness etc.
Yes when what is solved produces In response to this stress there should be something produces by the body to counter this cortisol.
When we do act of kindness are inner consciousness it produces happy hormones Oxytocin the love hormone serotonin the happy hormone dopamine rewarding hormone.
All of this hormone has the power to reverse cortisone. it it reverses and cure the damage at the same time.it Prevent and cure the cortisol damage time at the same time.
These act of kindness simple things where do in the home in school or at work. We are not doing for the fame but we are doing for inner being for our self. And our our inner consciousness causes the release of these happy hormones and when this happy hormone released it cause and it prevents the damage done. And it heals you.
Because of spiritual being is dead for while, when you work out muscle grow like that when you do the things it grows.
Meditation is activate this spiritual muscle and it wakes up this spiritual being and allowed to continue thrive on it because it is addictive. Meditation acts on inner being on inner consciousness. If it releases mental stress, because it relaxes the mind. And other reason is it allows to Flex that inner spiritual muscle continually do that thing. As result you Heal yourself just only one practice. And when you do that thing it allows you to enter in natural order.
Yes I completely agree with the meditation because it has a lot lot of benefits and no one is going to tell you do the meditation but it's your inner being you are doing for yourself you are not doing for somebody else if you will do that thing I am sure it will gonna benefit you it will change the way you look world it will change how you perceive the world and it also helps to heal our damage body.
