consider 2timothy2:1-5. identify biblical principles that are asserted in teachings as related to leadership. think about how you could apply these ideas as you establish leadership principles.
Jesus talks in the Bible of the concept of strong and successful leadership, and what it means. Leadership is the act of manipulating people into reaching a aim. This helps us, and brings them to God. Leaders will be working to boost their followers' growth and potential. Good communicators, coaches and teachers can be an successful coach too. Leaders should not be overbearing and aggressive. They need to build up their squad. The main emphasis of a leader would be upon the intent of Christ and His people. God calls His leaders to be powerful and to live in grace, which is an important element of this scripture, particularly in Second Timothy 2:1-5, During our path he lays his power at our fingertips to pursue Him. Jesus is asking the members to go out and spread His word to the believers. This verse is important as it demonstrates how God grows and what He wants of His members.
I wish to let God direct my actions as a potential king. I want to be able to teach / instruct and not only command and bark out commands. I always want to be what God named me to be. Those values are just as critical in an organization. Particularly one grounded in biblical values is vital that leaders have a strong base. The organization could collapse without effective leadership. We look to our elders for direction, educating us and improving us. That's the kind of leader I want to be; one on whom my team can rely.
