What happens to your body when you do a sprint? 1. Explain the science in your own words as if you are describing it to someone with no scientific knowledge (make sure you use appropriate words). 1. Tell me about ATP, what is the different types of energy and when does what get activated 1. Tell me what happens from the time you get into place to sprint, to the end of it.
Sprint is one of most good exercise as it is complete exercise of body it covers almost all parts of the body especially abs hamstrings arms other parts of legs and toned muscles and especially burn body fat also most of the fitness professionals added in their fitness session
Sprinting also increases metabolic rate and doing after workout phenomena called EPOC called after burn where calories were burn after doing sprinting
Now days sprinting is better way to go for gym and doing hard work for 10 minute sprint give good results it works overall of body parts including abs legs butt muscles
ATP is called adenosine tri phosphate found in many types of cells and living things it captures energy which is obtained from food and other energy release to fuel and for cellular processes when energy needed by the cell it is converted into ADP TO ATP
ATP consist of structure these are nitrogenous base adenine sugar phosphate etc
ATP IS power cellular energy transfer of phosphate group to another molecule called phosphorylation
There are different types of energy named as ADP AMP AND ATP and other than this some energy also used these are cAMP Nadph Cgmp
