most of the time women are mainly affected by household or indoor air pollution due to usage of solid fuels (woods or charcoal or crop waste and coal) burned in inefficient and highly polluting stove for cooking foods and heating.resulting household air pollution may lead to endanger to the life or might be death.Around 4.3 million population suffered yearly from these disease like Stroke or ischemic heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease etc due to indoor  air pollution.

Emissions of black carbon and methane from low efficiency stove contribute to inddoor as well as outdoor air pollution and increase the rate of climate change.

Children health problems resulting from exposure to biologically contaminated water or poor sanitation or  indoor smoke or rampant disease vectors like mosquito or inadequate food supply and unsafe use of chemical and waste disposal rank among highest and highest environmental burden of disease.
