• Leadership skill helps owners to be motivated n influence employees or workers to be with high morale n focused to achieve the company goal, included positive performance feedback and good recognition

Is management and leadership same :

No its not, management and leadership are not same but they are linked and complimentary to each other.

People follow the leaders and managers whom people work for.

There can be possibility that a good manager cant be a good leader and vice versa because these two competencies are entirely different.
