1. They should be balanced intake carbohydrates, fats , protin , vitamins, minerel .

2. Stopping meat fast.

3.targeting infant nutrition.

4.people with ulcertive diseses , should be properly trated

4.qualitive education should be provided which will create massive awarness and taking preventation against malnutrition.

5.goverment should make goal to reduce proverty of nation and fights against malnutrition.

6.balanced diet food should be taken as much as possible.

7 Eating habits should be changed and intake normal catories
