There are several reasons associated with the individual variation when the people respond to same resistance training program. Some of the reasons are

1. Psychological stress: When the individual has participate in the training program has psychological stress , anxiety causes variation in the workout between the individuals. Due to psychological stress leads to fatigue and it reduces the effectiveness of workout.

2. Dietary intake: Nutritional factors plays a major role in the training program. The individuals who is having good diet causes increase the effect of training program. And who is having poor nutrition causes decrease in effect of training program.

3. Habitual physical activity: The person undergo regular physical activity such as cycling and walking shows variation in the individuals. It causes increase in the effect of exercise program. If the person does not undergo habitual physical activity having low effect when compared to the person undergo exercise program.
