What type of practices, procedures and processes at your workplace allow for the identification, creation, distribution and adoption of insights and experiences by employees.
Some of the prominent methods and procedures that are adopted
and followed in our organisation in order to ensure there is no
knowledge loss, knowledge is regularly created and utilised and
also new ideas and experiences are discussed and thought upon
are:
• A knowledge creation cell is there which ensures that
newer insights are recorded and polished so as to gain more and
more knowledge about the external world.
• Brain storming sessions take place in which employees
discuss on a particular insight or an experience that any person
had in the recent past so as to reach to a conclusion that is
beneficial for both the organisation and that particular
department.
• Regular product meets takes place in which around 5
different employees present a new insight or a professional
experience that they had in last 30 days.
• A mail group is also there in my organisation which
is utilised by employees to share new insights and
experiences.
• Research papers are also written and published for
the similar purpose.
