I will not want to work for a family based business because of reasons associated with lack of independence in the working of employees and it will also mean that there will be a lack of creativity as well as we will be assigned with routine task that will not provide me with the scope of growing up on my existing abilities and it will also relate to conflict of interest to a large extent because there will be a personal relationship along with a professional relationship so it will be a complete conflict of interest of personal in nature and professional in nature.

Family owned business provide at the benefits of better understanding but it will also be the leading to imposition of such tasks which are not resulting into any kind of value addition to the employee and it will also mean that lack of performance of those task will be leading to to bad relationship management at the personal level so performance in the professional life will be affecting the relationship in personal life.

Hence, I will avoid working for a family business because I will not be having appropriate independence and I will not be having appropriate scope of enhancement of my existing abilities and it would be leading to bad personal relationship management and conflict of interest to a large extent.
