Information management will be a crucial job for any growing information. An organization will have to disclose the information as discussed below:
1) Product information: It must be effectively described to the customers. It should be so attractive as well as authentic that customer can purchase an article without any doubt.
2) Financial information to Investors:
Investors must be provided information’s like dividend ratio, P/E ratio; EPS, percentage growth, upcoming projects and business plan so that they can invest their hard earned money without any fear.
3) Security and other Privacy related disclosure to the Government authorities:
Companies are required to fulfil the mandatory disclosure to many US govt. authorities.
4) Annual reporting to Auditors/ Board of directors:
An organization must show its annual performance to its board members. Even, auditors might seek some business information.
