Student 1: in my opinion, I learned to manage the critical processes for a project to exist in the project integration. My knowledge is essential to start with the project life cycle and the management processes. It's critical to learn from the mistakes and rectify it with the proper procedures.

Student 2: behavior management in leadership is something that needs to be focused on employees' needs so that work-related satisfaction is improved and better working conditions are there. As per my knowledge, it's essential to have good leadership in the company that helps the employees maintain a balanced structure in job satisfaction and productivity. If all the higher-level management starts giving equal importance to all the employees irrespective of the designations, the employee's behavior will improve, and companies' productivity will increase.

Student 3: as per my opinion, the processes of identifying, and managing companies customer is significant. To maintain this, the company must follow terminology management. It is possible when a clear set of rules is design, and each employee knows the role and responsibility.
