Side effects:-

Nausea, Vomitting, constipation,rashes, swelling,etc.

Typical dosage:-

Dosage is available in 500mg,650mg,1000mg used according to age groups. Mostly used Dosage is 650mg.

Route:-

Oral, rectal, I.V(Intravenous).

Education factors:-

- alcohol should be avoided when using this medications.

- overdose should not be taken.

MA(Medical assistant) considerations:-

- Finding whether the patient is alcoholic.

- Finding whether he use another paracetamol medications (like acceclophenac and paracetamol).

Azithromycin.

Macrolide antibiotic.

Indications for use:-

It is used to treat chest,nose,neck, throat, sexually transmitted infections.

Side effects:-

Diarrhea, headaches, fatigue,lorst sense of taste,etc.

Typical dosage:-

The tablet is available in 250mg,500mg,600mg. Mostly used dosage in 500mg.

Route:-

Oral,injection, interventions infusion.

Patient education:-

- do not take overdose.

- do not drik alcohol while taking azithromycin.

- do not expose it to sunlight.

MA(Medical assistant considerations):-

- Investigating whether the patient have any liver disease (if so, azithromycin should be stopped).

- Find whether the patient have any ear problems (if so, azithromycin should be stopped).
