A nurse should be caregiver, advocate, critical thinker, teacher, communicator, manager, rehabilitator. And also keep a good relationship with cleints, healrh team, consultant and other hospital personal. She must be loyal, honest, dependable and willing to carry out the doctors order.
Communication is one of the good example for new knowledge. For effective communication skils, it may be verbal and non verbal. Avoiding technical word or abbreviation, keep clarity in expression, pay attention to non-verbal messages.
