Negotiation is a process of discussions between two individuals or groups or more groups to solve a problem which has been arised in the society in such a way that it should not hamper the interests of both the parties or with an aim to resolve the conflicts. Negotiations are done on various levels starts from negotiating with ownself to negotiate with others in the society.

At maturity there are various levels where negotiations are done which are discussed under:

Opportunist level: At this level of maturity , persons negotiates for searching the new opportunities which benefits both of them. If either parties are getting benefitted from it then no disputes will arise out of it.

Rules level: At this situation parties give preferences to the concerned rules and regulations by not giving focus on the benefits.Much more emphasis are given on the ethical standards.

Self aware level: People negotiates even to increase the self awareness also. It helps them to tackle the situations and develops the communications .

Goal level: This step is the most matured level of negotiation and persons here only focuses on the goal they wish to reach or desired .
