4 .QUATERNARY CARE Quaternary care is some times used as an extension of tertiary care in reference to advanced levels of medicine whic of linare highly specialised and not widely accessed.Experimental medicines and some types of uncommon Diagnostic or  surgical procedures are considered quaternary care.

  5.HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE Home and community care includes food servaillence, condom distribution, Needle exchange programms for the prevention of transmissible diseases.Community rehabilitation services can assist with mobility and independence after losss of limbs or function.
