Leaders can create ethical organizations in many
ways. They have the luxury that the people would listen to them,
follow what they are saying and invest time and effort in
practicing the same.
- Leaders can also conduct training programs for
employees to reflect upon the fact that what is the importance of
being ethical and what good it can do to both organizations as well
as the employee in the long run.
- Ethical organizations are made by diligence and
persistence and hence it becomes very important for a leader to
propagate the culture of ethical consideration and ethical actions
while doing the job, it might take some time initially to settle in
but in the long run the efforts of the leader can actually create
and persist a culture of ethical actions where each individual put
efforts in his/her job by keeping in mind that he/she has to be
ethical in work.
- A leader can lead by example by showing how ethical
practice at work is helping him/her grow both personally and
professionally.
