LiNO3 on hydrolysis will form LiOH and HNO3 which is strong base and strong acid hence net pH will remain neytral.
(C5H5NH)(CH3COOH) will form C5H5NH2 and CH3COOH which are weak base and weak acid again pH will be neutral if both have same dissociation constants. however if acid has higher dissociation constant than base then solution will be acidic or viceversa.
LiOCN. will form LiOH and HOCN. LiOH is strong Acid where as HOCN is a weak base hence acid will dissociate fully and solution will become acidic.
(CH3NH3)Cl will form CH3NH3OH and HCl. among the two HCl is a strong acid hence the solution will be acidic.
RbClO4 will form RbOH and HClO4 both are strong hence pH will remain neutral.
NH4I will form weak base NH4OH and strong acid HI hence pH of solution will be acidic
