Cushing's syndrome it is marked by excessive levels of cortisol & this can be caused by eexternal forces such as glucocorticoid therapy or internal forces such as tumor producing adenocorticotropic hormone ( ACHT) causing excess cortisol production.
addison's disease it is cuased by low levels of cortisol & aldosterone.disease is usually caused by autoimmune disease that damage the adrenal gland.
