Change is universal facts and changes carrying several advantage and disadvantage for the organization and employees. Employees are so much fear due to changes but several changes are implemented for the betterment for the organization. Changes is everywhere and in this present world change is the Contentious process. Today world is so much technologies oriented world and changes making better life and environment to work. There are the thousands change management practioner who works for change and implemented the changes in several conditions.

These are the following ways to address people's resistance to change -

1) Addressing the changes as personal loss of employees or individual.

2) Addressing the disadvantages of changes and expecting high level of chances of failure.

3) Addressing the changes is unnecessary and it will make the job worst.

Through these ways addressing to resistance to change and explaining to employees regarding the unwanted change practices that are ineffective and inefficient for the organization.
