Change is a process which brings many benefits as well challenges to the organization. It may be initiated at individual level within organization , group level, organizational level and external forces of business environment. The three primary level changes in an individual can be described as,
1) Change in attitude;
If, individuals will exercise to adopt and practice positive attitude then it will help them to achieve better job prospects. Even, an working employee will get faster career progression. Behavior modification and attitude related trainings will be useful in rectifying negative attitudes of employees.
