In the first decade of this century, the global economic environment has seen tremendous changes. On the local and international scales, the fact that ‘cultural environment’ is one of the most important factors affecting organizations raises the significance of the management of cultural differences. It is crucial for businesses to understand these differences and find ways to hurdle the barriers these differences present in a socially responsible manner.

The organisation about which I am going to explain about is Google. I am going to explain about its operations in two countries : India and America.
A.
I will be explaining about a free course which Google provides to its users.The course is Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Garage Course. Here before starting the course you need to register yourself first for the course where you will be asked about your country and other personal details. Once you start the course you can see that the teachers that are teaching you are mostly Indian and the course also gives you the examples of Indian businesses and in America it shows the American businesses.
Impact of Cultural Forces: This helps the students a lot because they are mostly familiar with the Indian accent (Indians) and American or British accent can be difficult for them to understand and the same thing applies to the American students. Giving examples of Indian or American Businesses also helps them to understand the market scenario in their own country. The company understood the customer wants and culturally adapted themselves to give them the best service they got.
Impact of Economic Forces: As the company adpated culturally to meet the cusyomer's needs, gradually they will be having a lot of registrations from its users , as the course is user-friendly, easy to understand and also gives examples from its own country. So Google not only creates employment for the people of India or America who can work as teachers for their users but also other staffs and members who can co-operate with each other to run the business.This greatly affects the monetaory and fiscal changes, interest rate, inflation rate, demographic changes, etc.
Business Outcomes: Google India has succeeded in every business plan they have launched in India. They mainly targeted the search engines used mostly in mobiles to increase their target customers. Their study of the Indian market was so accurate that it became of the biggest companies in India which is a foreign ground.

Ethical and social culture is built in any organistation when there are people with same culture, traditions and have same mindset.For example in India, a Google India employee would be more comfortable to work with another Indian because psychologically he thinks that this other employee can be trusted. Cooperation is one of the things that helps to run the business. People of India have their own set of ethics and culture form any other country , so the management bulit by Google India focussed and tried to hire as many Indian employees as possible for the smooth running of the business.Confidentiality is one of the main things which the project managers have to keep in mind.Negotiations in businesses should be done in good faith which shows the ethical value of a company.The balance between the individuals and others is always necessary as its avoids conflicts and helps in maintaining the decorum of the company. If the employees are all Indians it builds an environment where everyone treats one another not as the office employees but as family memmbers which is one of the greatest tactics to built relationships between them and hence helps in running the business in the long run. Also people working in Google India know and understands the language, culture , wants of the customers and can interact with them directly as they are from the same country.
