Performance of employees are the base for the functioning of the organisation and it's success. Effective and efficient employees performance leads to an effective and efficient organisation. Hence it is compulsory to monitor the employees performance and enhance it as per requirement.

As a manager, I will use several multiple techniques to monitor the performance of the employees of my organisation. Work of employees need to be watched by the manager at regular basis and report should be taken out as per the performance and productivity of the employees. Manager need to identify the the real attitude of the employees in order to know their mental status regarding their work profession. Performance of the employees need to be evaluated by the managers and provide correct and clear review to each of the employees regarding their performance. Regular assessments should be done with every employees regarding their work and related aspects. Work and process in work of the employees need to be carefully reviewed by the employees. Comparison of employees can't be done, it may demoralises the employees. Surprise inspection need to be done in order to carry out the real scenario regarding work ans performance of the employees. Regular communication need to be maintain with each and every employee of the organisation and a healthy relationship need to be maintained by the managers with all the employees so that they can share their thought and ideas freely to each other.
