The one core aspect of self-awareness which I think President Donald Trum should focus on to be a better leader is:

• Attitudes toward change

Because, the president thinks the world is the same how it was and is on a mission to bring peace by imposing sanctions, the world environment has become more dynamic than what it was and President Trump is not accepting the change as quickly as it happens. In order to be a better leader he will have to act according to the dynamic situation prevailing in the modern world.

Talking about the modern situation of pulling out USA from Iran Nuclear Deal and imposing sanctions on Iraq is not a wise deal as Iran was following the treaty and what was accepted by President Obama should have been at least analysed by the new President before taking any decisions. The other countries in the deal have not pulled out which clearly states that they do not agree with President Trump.

President Trump should believe that change is the need of the hour and stereotyping about countries is not going to serve the purpose.
