Do businesses choose to solely donate money to particular causes that are aiming to bring about social change, while others will attach their name and brand to causes they strongly believe in as a company?

Business has a major concept of value addition to their activities which reflect through their corporates social responsibilities. They make it their mission to contribute to the society which they strongly believe will make a change in the environment.
Companies strongly believe that even the slightest efforts towards social change will have a positive and great effect at present or in the near future.
Business attach name and brand to the causes they believe will bring a great change is to positively be influence by the people connecting their brand and the social cause.
Another perspective is to feel and prove the contributions they have done for a particular cause for the society. .
Every year the contributions keep on increasing and the brand name will be valued by public and every individual .
Moral values and ethics will be inhabited through these kind of activities that support social cause.
So any business will not choose to just donate money for a cause but they will add their name and brand to the cause which they strongly believe will make a positive change in the society.
