1. Self-awareness helps the individual to delve into his/her personality to know more. It has crucial concepts and elements for a better study. The first element is the self-concept. Self-concept is one’s perception of oneself. It might differ from what the other people think; for example, A person might believe in the abilities and capabilities that the other people cannot recognize. The second element is thoughts. If a person wants to know more about oneself, then he/she should understand the thoughts and thought process. For instance: A person should start taking note of what he/she says in a day and what he/she talks. The third element is feelings. The way a person feels also determines the self-awareness process. The person must identify the feelings, and keep track of feelings to know more. The next element is the body. The individual should also take into account the physical response to emotions and feelings. For instance: If a person cries because of an emotion, it is a part of self-awareness. The last element is emotions. The emotions define the way a person interacts with other people. Hence, it also forms an integral part of the self-awareness process.
2. A process of Coaching helps the individual to focus on the potential. On the other hand, counseling helps the individual to gain peace and be the same in life. Coaching helps people to gain training and enhance their skills. Counseling helps the individuals to liberate themselves, and live peacefully. For example, Coaching is a process where the leader trains the individuals to gain the skills required for a particular process. The counselor helps the individuals to gain mental peace. If a person has stress, then the counselor helps the individual to gain peace.
