Expert Solution

I have Medium empathy, moderate ability to think and feel in other’s shoes, which leads to visually satisfying interpersonal relationship. It also creates synergy among others ie your peers & colleagues. I have high social skills, high influencing power, and high networking with people, have high ability to communicate with people.

Above helps me to morally make the decisions well in many specific situational obstacles.

But though my public self is very low and blind self is high, I sometimes fail in Avoiding a Conflict of Interest -such Situations where the goal of one's judgment is compromised/ appears to be compromised with others’. This then becomes a morally biased situation with me or hurting someone else’ thinking/ decision making. Also my Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality type is (Extravertism, Sensing, Thinking, Judging), ESTJ, which sometimes make me go astray from being moral.

Solution:

  • Become more social, agreeable, open and conscious
  • so will try to avoid being too extravert
  • be less reactive
  • better exercise restraints
  • develop ability to convert Anger into compassion, Fear into courage, Envy into pride
  • Consider and analyse everyone’s situation and thinking to become a good manager
