What qualities of the faith inside you affect your leadership? How do you see your faith expressed in your leadership on your work?

The qualities of the faith that affects the leadership are propensity to carry along, the people as a leader, give opportunity to followers to put forward their concerns and listening the feedback of those with whom I am working. Besides, the quality of coming down to the level of followers to build a dialogue brings impact. The faith followed by myself is not about overburdening others with my own views, rather it is about collectivism and democratic system proposed by the faith, that affect the leadership.

My faith is expressed in my leadership when I adopt a combination of democratic & situational leadership. As my faith suggests, I ask people for their views and take decisions. At the same time, my communication is customized as per the audience and make it effective. It is also suggested by faith. At work, I prefer using communication method, that is more suitable from the perspective of workers. Further, any key decision involves the feedback or ideas of the workers, afterwards the best decision is taken. So, faith has an important role to play in leadership at work.
