Management is a concept that most businesses strive on. Not only is it the most essential and the central part of any business process, it is also critical that businesses have good management in order to allow them to sustain their function even with the presence of huge competition.

We see that a management, and, a manager is what allows a business to take the shape that it achieve. In this sense, we can see that a management is the entity responsible for both management of the internal, external processes as well as the management of the human capital that allow the processes to be complemed. Therefore, management not only concerns with the business processes but the entities as well.

They allow their work staff to stay motivated, stay competent, allow them to develop on their talents and their abilities, come together as a team and essentially allow them to be able to create a structure which resembles a wheel where the different part of the business process act like the cogs in the wheel, which allow it to run smoothly.
