Here i would like to start why i choose this course i.e., accounting course. I like to deal with numbers and most often the accounting not for scientific purposes like physics, mathematics. So i started my journey in this stream. Everyday you get to learn something new like when i started first thing that i learn was journal entries, then gradually how to prepare income statement, balance sheet from journal entries and then from trial balance posting, etc. Everything is new to you in the beginning because right from our first day we are given some what knowledge about science, mathematics. But accountancy is the stream that you get to choose very later part of your school life. All the things you learn from that day are completely new i.e., you start from scratch. One of my reason of choosing accountancy was that i was not getting good grades in science and mathematics. So i made choice to learn something new and gradually it appeared that it was the right choice for me.

I have competed my graduation from bachelor of commerce and along with that i completed my chartered proffesional accountant course. Not to mention but this is one of the best accounting courses in this stream. Many of us dream to become CPA holder one day. But consistency and hard work is the key to achieving your goals. This is the one of the biggest that i learned after joining accountancy and particularly CPA course. There were some attempts that i could not clear but in next time i became more firm and determine to complete my exam. After completing my CPA i am doing job in banking industry. I believe that pay that i am earning is quite decent and it was difficult to earn this much if i would have taken other way round i.e., continued with the science stream. My future prospects are to complete CFA. I am preparing alongside with my job. I hope i will be able to complete it soon in the near future.

So overall learning experience was very good from this stream and it will also be in future. Accountancy does not paticularly means that you are only going to learn about accounts  rather it gives you the opportunity to learn vast variety of subjects. I would like to quote some subjects that i learned apart from accounts like costing, direct taxation, indirect taxation, auditing, financial management, economics, financial law, financial reporting. Besides every day you get to learn about changing taxes and laws. From my personal opinion i can say that it not only helps you manage the accounts of people but your accounts as well.
