Describe the four (4) theories of personality and what it contritbutes to each personality?
The Personality theories are :
Freud Psychoanalytical theory: According to Freud , Personality has some basic drives like food , water and sex .
In this theory he has explains about three levels of consciousness which is conscious , unconscious and preconscious .
Three components of his theory also includes Id, Ego and superego . He also talks about life and death instincts which is Eros and Thanos .
He has explains Psychosexual stages in this theory ; Pleasure Principles
Eysenck personality theory : He talks about personality based on biological factors and other environmental factors contributing to a personality type .
Introversion and extroversion: Introversion is a personality type where they do not interact with the outside world and they so not communicate or share things with others and they are not open to social gatherings and large crowd of people and they would like to have thier own comfort zone being alone .
Extroversion : Extroversion is a personality type where they talk and communicate with everyone ans they are too open to share thoughts and they would love to be around people .
Neurotism and stability
stability: These type of people are less reactive to stressful suituation and generally calm and composed .
Neutrotism : overreacting , unstable .
pschotism and normality :
pschotism : cruel , troublesome and un ethical behaviours
Normality : is socially accepting behaviour .
