Create a personal action plan for reducing stress in your life. The plan needs to include your stressors, how you currently react, your goals for eliminating them, techniques you will use to eliminate them, and a timeline for each goal.
my personalised action plan-
main stressor- my father pressurises me a lot to succeed in life. along with this he is even negative and always analyses the chances of the negative results before something and keep on focussing on it. this pressure and the negative thoughts generate frustration in me. sometimes he even demeans me while saying and thinking negative things and this also impacts me. it generates stress and negativity in me. this is so high that u dont feel like doing anything because i start believing that i cant do anything
strategy of managing stress- i cannot stop my fathers thoughts and cannot even manipulate his behavior but to manage stress i can change my mentality and thought. i tend to distract muself from the negative thoughts and also not focus on the things my father says. along with this whenever he says negative things i try to to overthink about it and channelize myself in a positive way by thinking that i can do it.
plan to do this - to reduce the stress by following the strategy i tend to be more optimistuc and realistic. i think that we can do hardwork and success will come and wven if ut doesnt then everyone cannot win. this makes me increase my potential and act like a winner. i am also planning to say the positive statements like i have the ability and i can do it aloud in front of the mirror and also say the same with my friends.
goals to manage them with timeline -
i believe that it is importabt to make goals for the strategy as they help us to manage stress in short time. my first goal is to eliminate the negative thoughts and this goes on in the initial stage for a few hours then the next goal is to become positive and motivated which takes from 1-2 days and then lastly to do the task in hand which will take the time that has to be used
