Stress is a mental condition in which we experience different behavior and eagerness. The stress can be categorized into two forms, positive stress and negative stress. The positive stress helps us to work hard and achieve the goals while negative stress effects work and productivity.
In my life, I have experienced the events which caused me to stress. The first event which created the stress in my life was the admission in college, this could be categorized as positive stress but I had experienced lack of decision making, moron behavior and excitement.
The second event was break up with my girlfriend because I experienced negative stress, I wanted to escape from the situation and my work was affecting during the stress period.
The third event had occurred during the soccer game when I had to defend my position and I was experiencing a short-term strong stress.
The stress always affects our life, work, and productivity. A person who experiences stress most of the time lose their capacity and efficiency, it also affects the behavior and mood.
The stress management is not an easy task but we can reduce the stress if we follow some procedure.
1- Pre-planning of events.
2- Relaxation.
3- Conversation with friends and family members.
4- Sports and adventure activity.
5- Use stress management methods.
