*achiness,tingling,discomfert or increased warmth in hand ,arm, chest, breast and underarm area

*feeling fullness or heaviness in the hand,arm,cheast,breast or under arm

*tighetness or decreased flexibility in near by joimts , such shoulder , wrist or hand

*burusting or shooting pain senesation

*tenderness in elbow

* veins or tendons in hand are harder to see, and the kunckles look less prounced, or once- wrinkeled skin look smother

*trouble fitting the arm into a jacket or shirt sleeve that fit well befour

*change in skin texture or appearance, such as tightness, redness,or hardening

rash, itching, redness, pain, warth of skin

*fever or flue likr symptoms

CASTELMEN'S DISEASES sing and symptoms- it is a reare diseases that involues an over growth(proliferation) of cell inour body.

there are 2 type of CASTELMEN'S DISEASES

A) Unicentric castelmen's diseases- this is localized form of disease which affect only one lymph node

*A feelinf fullness or preasure in the chest or abdomen that can causes difficult breating or eating

* An enlearged lymp under the skin in the neck groin and armpit

* Unintended weigth loss

B) multicentric castelmen's diseases- it is further classified into 3 types

a)multicentric castelmen's diseases with out POEMS syndrome

b)multicentric castelmen's diseases with POEMS syndrome that involues osteosclerotic lession

c)multicentric castelmen's diseases with POEMS syndrome with out osteosclerotic lession

Symptoms-

*Fever

*Night sweat

*Fatigue and weakness

*loss of appetite

*Unintended weigth loss

*enlarged lymph nodes, usually around the neck, collar bone under arms and groin areas

*Enlarged spleen or liver

* Skin rash
