Endocrine system influences almost every cell and organ and function of our bodies endocrine system which is made up of glands that make the hormones and this which releases in the bloodstream as a chemical messengers to carry over information and instructions from the one set of the cells to the another set of cells

Endocrine system majorly causes diseases like hypo and hyperthyroidism ,diabetes mellitus, acromegaly ,Cushing syndrome and osteoporosis etc... So treat the conditions of the endocrine system here we are using multidimensional care in an individual.

multidimensional approach means providing a care focusing on what not only on the physical wellbeing but all aspects of the individuals it majorly focuses on the physical ,spiritual, emotional, psychological and social aspects of the human beings.

Multidimensional patientcare is not only for patients and their family. The whole care of healthcare team members and family support is necessary most of the endocrine disorders are hereditary so corporation of family members is very much important ,this is why multi-dimensional care is important to the patient the care team can be the patient and family needs by proper identification and history collection of the patient endocrine disorders and mainly hereditary disorders so family history had an important role in the proper assessment of the patient in health education appropriate health education regarding the management and prevention and also the characteristics of diseases is important and also lifestyle changes such as modification in diet and exercises can made a greater impact in the patient and family health.

A care in physical and biological dimensions which are screening test and early identification and promotion of the the health by proper treatment and providing the medicines and hormonal therapy will help to care the patient and also the psychological aspects and social care and diversional therapy which are all the care treat the condition of an individual with the endocrine systems

Above set a multidimensional care is needed to the patient so participation of all healthcare team members are very important in this care

physician: which involved in diagnosing and treating the diseases and helpful to detect the symptoms in early stages , suggest some of the diagnostic test ,helpful to provide the appropriate treatment for the conditions.

Nutritionist: they are responsible for planning a balanced diet to the patient endocrine disorders name Tehri modification this is also type of prevention and management of the disorder for the family members balance that is important to prevent those condition

Nurse: in case of type it is patient many to take in insulin the nurses are responsible to teach the patient about procedure of insulin administration and also the process are responsible for providing the health education to the patient about the care and complication of the diseases

lab technician: lab reports had an important role in the endocrine disorders any progress are changes in the condition can be examined by the lab reports and adequate knowledgeable lab technician is necessary to examine the specimens

Psychologist: psychologist will plays a major role to provide a health education related to their conditions and and they provide counselling to the patient and the family, provide some of the the suggestions to manage their condition,these are majorly present in the multidimensional approach
