Google is a large multinational organization which has its roots in every imaginable technology we utilize today. It is, therefore, safe to assume that, Google would have its fair share of ethical issues that it needs to deal with in order to maintain in business, I have listed some of the problems.
1. Google issue in China
This issue occurred when Google failed to properly comply with the national policies of China and how the businesses were conducted there. This shows that even a big company like Google can have difficulty following the regulation of another country and also the views that are being followed in the country.
2. Data collection
We know that Google collects a huge amount of data from its users which is then utilized to create a more customized personal user experience for us. Such amount of data can be used for bad purposes just as much as good therefore, the ethical ground for the collection of such huge amount of data is foggy.
3. Online services such as google books
Some lawsuits have ensued where Google has presented copies of out of print books without the proper consent of the author or the publisher and has created an essential breach of ethics with their actions.
