5 global ethical issues are :

1) Employment practices and Ethics: - These is regarded as an important ethical issue . It is mainly concerned with working hours in a day , Average pay per month and giving the employees a healthy environment to work in .

2) Human rights- It is mainly concerned with Employee participation, freedom of speech , and freedom from political repressions .

3) Environment pollution: It deals with the Environmental standard in the host country. The main issues are reduction of use of materials emitting harmful substances, dumping practices , use of green equipment.

4) Corruption - This problem exist almost everywhere in the world. International businesses often seem to Gain and have gained financial and business advantages by bribing officials which is unethical.

5) Moral obligation- It deals with the idea of Corporate Social Responsibility. The organization should provide a good quality product at the right time to the right person at the right place. It also leads to better standard of living of people in the host country .

The country is INDIA .
1) Employment practices and Ethics : In India , over the years this issue have been overcome to a large extent . There is a maximum 8 hours working hours , job security and good average pay to the employees

2) Human Rights - Earlier this was a serious concern due to the principle of Centralization , but nowadays the organization are following delegation of authority giving the employees opportunity of Making the decisions as they are ones who are well aware of the situation .

3) Environment pollution - The Government has adopted several environmental policies and has imposed penalty on the people violating them

4) Corruption - This problem has been able to be reduced to a certain good extent and the organization are trying to better this .

5)Moral Obligation - CSR is taken well by the Organization in India . The organization is trying to provide a good quality product at a minimum rate so as to improve the standard of living of people.
