the traditional methods of recruitment of candidates have the following benefits:

  • easy and simple to proceed
  • less cost occur to the firms
  • more number of applicatns and applicatiosn will receive
  • an easy and standard procedure to go up

the limitations of traditonal methods:

  • all the applicants will be considered in the same way
  • many chances are there to reject a right application and pick wrong one
  • chances of bias shown by the organizers etc.

the benefits of modern interview methods:

  • each applicant is considered as unique and different
  • easy to pick right applicant for further procedure from the available one
  • most of the times helps to pick right and suitable candidtaes to the vacancies
  • helps to understand and study the applicant in all dimensions

the limitations of these methods:

  • it takes higher time to filter the resumes and cadidates
  • it requires huge resources and high cost requirements to conduct interviews
  • technically the firm should hire and maintain interviewers to carry this procedure- so, sometimes the core issues or requirements may forward to the third parties- which may raise security problems to the firm.

I prefers to one-to-one interaction method in hiring people. it helps to study a person completely, assess theim with their strengths and weakness, judge which and what kind of people they are. Most of the people have good talent, great skills but lack of attitue, which is more important to human. by conducting this kind of interview, we can pick right candidate with right attitude, which suitable to the team, firm as a whole/
