Think about a product you purchased recently that broke or did not live up to your expectations. Write a positive letter to the company about the product, the situation, and your desired outcome. Be clear, specific and in depth.
Recently I had purchased an all in one controller from Logitech which, as advertised, had the ability to allow the user to control all the essential functions of their home with the use of the single device. This means all the electronics, established connections as well as security systems which are connected to the network.
To Logitech
I had recently purchased your product (AIO remote) in order to be able to control the functions of the devices in my home. The functionality was as expected, All the connected devices were easily identified and essentially connected to the controller easily. This device was a life saver. It has the ability to check, monitor the working status as well as allow the user control of all these devices from a single monitoring device. While the functionality is astounding, such is not the case with the product quality. I have had the product for over 23 months now and have realized that it will eventually become an essential part of my household this is why I am writing this letter to your company in the hope you will address the issues at hand and allow your consumers some peace of mind as they make a commitment to purchase the device. The device is functional, elegantly designed, sleek and operational since the very beginning. But, the buttons are a drawback to the entire design, their placement over and under the control screen do not allow for ergonomic handling of all the functions easily. Secondly, the remote itself is not made up of a string material which is why I was able to break it while accidentally dropping it from the couch on to the ground. I do agree that this situation can be considered as my own fault, but, it should also be taken into account that the drop height was around 2 and a half foot and that itself is a concern that needs to be addressed.
I hope Logitech decides to fix this problem.
